R & R Log Cabin at Yellow Top Mountain provides comfortable mountain living with full modern amenities on a beautiful and charming mountain vista located in beautiful Golden Valley Township, northeastern Rutherford County, North Carolina. R & R Log Cabin, at its 1600 foot elevation is perched for cooler summer climates with a scenic view of Golden Valley.

R & R Log Cabin is fully stocked with linens, cooking utensils, microwave, air conditioning, and satellite television with DVD. Outside, relax on the spacious rear porch that wraps around the home. This area is perfect for a quiet sunrise breakfast, an afternoon read on porch or in the loft or an intimate sunset glass of wine. R &R Log Cabin welcomes pets on a case by case basis.

When you arrive, you’ll find the beds freshly made with crisp linens and soft, fresh towels in the baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and the refrigerator and pantry will already be partly stocked.

R&R boasts a large welcoming living area with a gas-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a queen size master bed, a queen bed and twin beds in the guest bedrooms, a full size washer and dryer, an outdoor bar-b-q grill and a cooking kitchen for the creative chef. Enjoy brilliant sunsets from the front and side view decks. Watch Golden Valley sparkle as night sets in. Smoking is welcomed on the outside porches.

Accommodations include three bedrooms - 2 queens and a set of twins, with two full baths, sleeping up to six people. Beautiful pine log walls and vaulted ceilings showcase this comfortable mountain home away from home.

Advance reservations are recommended.

Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers check or Money Order.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Fees & Taxes

A onetime cleaning fee of $75.00

Taxes - 11.75% to the State and 5% to the county - Total of 11.75%

Wonderful, warm and relaxing! We truely enjoyed our stay. The fireplace inside and outside was a great asset. Thank you for all the ammenities that were available making it a worry-free vacation. We will definately be regular guests of this cabin.

I LOVE THIS CABIN!!!! Because it's MY CABIN!!! Its really pretty, the foliage is awsome in October and the weather is perfect. There are many attractions you may go to, I suggest Chimney Rock. It is really beautiful up on it, its so high up and you can see everything up there. <3
