Advance reservations are recommended. Deposits
A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation
Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon - but we are flexible, call with your request. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival is requested ... other arrangements are available.

& Taxes
A one time cleaning fee of $40.00

Taxes - 6.75% to the state, and 3% to the county - 9.75% total
