This place is fabulous. Great location. Everything was brand new and tastefully decorated in the condo. The pool here is great and has the best beach in the hotel zone. Cant wait to go back, and highly reccommend this condo to anyone.

I am writing to tell you how wonderful our stay in Puerto Vallarta was, and how nice your condo unit was. The condo was exactly as described, newly remodeled, new furniture, fantastic view of the ocean, downtown, the beach, gorgeous, beautiful, Wow!
We found that Sea River Tower was the perfect location for us. You are within walking distance to Wal-Mart and the Gigantica Supermarket so food and beach gear are a breeze to obtain. The other nice thing is that you are located in Puerto Vallarta so it is a quick and easy bus or taxi ride to all of the downtown activities, the Melacon, the Flea Market, and downtown restaurants and shops. But what is nice, is that the property is on the best beach of the in-town hotels, so it is the best of both worlds, nice beach and pool, and downtown access. There are many nice beaches at the resort areas, of Marina Vallarta,
Neuvo Vallarta, and beyond, however they are a long ways from the downtown area, and are a bit of taxi and or multiple bus transfers from the downtown action.
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there in the future. The kids had a great time and spent many hours in the children's slide pool and the large pool which has many areas that are a safe depth for little ones. I will recommend your unit to anyone I know that will be staying in Puerto Vallarta.

We hade a wonderful stay at this unit, The unit is as the pictures show, great beach and pool area, newly remodeled, new furniture, a fabulous view of the ocean and downtown, Wow!! The unit is also a quick bus or taxi ride to downtown activities, the Melacon, Flea Market, downtown shops and galleries. The location is a perfect spot, not far from all of the downtown action, with a resort quality beach and pool with out being miles away, and lenthy taxi rides. You will not require a car for short stays, the condo is walking distance from Wal-Mart and the Gigantica Super Market, and there are buses and taxi's everywhere. We spent a lot of time exploring the city, other resorts and the beaches and found that the Sea River Towers is perfect spot to enjoy Puerto Vallarta.
We had a wonderful stay and highly recomend this property.
