High Springs Cottage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost within two weeks of placement of reservation. Balance of the rent , taxes, REFUNDABLE security deposit, and any other fees are due 30 days prior to check in. (Renters who reserve homes less than 30 days before arrival must pay in full at time of reservation by credit card).
All cancellations must be in writing. Renters will be refunded the amount of payment that has been made less 10% cancellation fee ONLY if the house is re-rented. If renter cancels upon or after arrival due to unforseen circumstances there is no refund available. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your own protection.
