Refundable deposit required. $150.00 for one week stay. $250.00 for two weeks. $300.00 for any longer stays.



Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the owners are able to re-rent the unit for the stated DATES OF OCCUPANCY, any and all payments received byrenter– less an administrative charge of $250.00 - will be credited towards another rental stay to be used within one year of the original departure date. The earlier you let us know that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting are. There are no cash refunds.



Cleaning Policy: Condo cleaned prior to and after a stay. Long stays cleaning available at your cost- $100.00. Excess cleaning and more than 2 loads of laundry, deposit will be pro-rated on amount of cleaning and laundry that needs to be done. Florida taxes are 10% of the Condo charge.
