This Luxury villa is located in the charming downtown area. The Villa was designed for comfort and entertaining from the richly appointed great room to the fabulous fully stocked kitchen and dining room, right down to each bedroom complete with its own entertainment center and bathroom suite. Designed by Bassenian Lagoni Architects, The Villa features the finest in luxury brands including: Viking and Sub-Zero appliances - Anderson Windows - Jacuzzi baths and showers - Mitsubishi televisions - Downsview kitchen cabinetry - Fremarc furnishings - Morgan Stewart furnishings - Chattam and Wells bedding.

This is honestly the nicest place to stay in Big Bear. Perfect for a family, or a romantic get away. There are three large bedrooms, two have king size beds, and one is a double. One of the many couches in the living area pulls out into a bed. The villa offers a great club house which features a wonderful exercise room, a billiard room with pool tables, card tables, televisions, and fire places. Also there is a great play room for kids which has all sorts of board games as well as playstation 2s. With SO MANY local activities around this area one could spend everyday doing anything from using the private shuttle and going skiing during the winter months, or during the warm months take a walking down to the pier and rent a boat to drive around the lake, unless you want to do my personal favorite and just enjoy this beautiful unique villa and all it has to offer..
