Cancellation
Reservations are Non-Refundable once booked. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival date AND we can rebook the property, you will be issued a RAIN CHECK valid for 6 months. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of $75.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) of the TOTAL of the reservation.
