Welcome to 22 Klamath Lane! Our custom-built, 1800-square-foot Sunriver vacation home is nicely furnished with fabulous amenities, rich oak, and quality throughout. It quickly becomes your home-away-from-home.

Nestled among towering ponderosa pines on a serene, wooded, private street, you are a short walk to the Deschutes River and one-half block from the seventh fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. A bike path runs outside the back door for a ten-minute bike ride to the Village Mall, Sunriver Lodge, and the new Sage Springs Health Club and Spa. Our home is quiet and serene, yet close to all the activities for which Sunriver is famous.

The Sunriver vacation rental was built with a reverse-living, split-level design with a comfortable open floor plan that is well-suited for a couple or a larger clan. The master suite, full bath, living room, dining, and kitchen are on the light and spacious main floor. Enjoy the TV, VCR, and private deck in the master suite, while treating yourself to the most restful nights imagined on our custom-made Restonic king-size bed.

In the great room of this Sunriver house, a rare Ochoco stone hearth graces the gas fireplace. A wall of sliding glass doors beckon you out to the wrap-around deck where you will enjoy watching deer graze as you barbecue or sunbathe. A large oak dining table seats eight for dinner, and a bar off the well-designed and well-equipped kitchen seats two more. A queen-size sofa bed, large cable TV, VCR, CD player, stereo, games, and books complement the living area.

Downstairs you will find a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two sets of bunks in the third bedroom - perfect for the kids. A full bath, laundry room, and large garage complete the downstairs.
