Eagle Crest Resort is located in the heart of Central Oregon. Mountain lakes close by offer a variety of activities including hiking, water skiing, fishing, and just plain relaxing. From Eagle Crest, Redmond is only about five minutes away and Bend is only 15 minutes, for shopping, movies, plays, outdoor amphitheater and more. The fair grounds, about 10 minutes from the resort offers a variety of events including their annual RV show, the county fair, Central Oregon Boat show and more. The Sisters Quilt Show, famous the world over is only 15 minutes away. Even Eagle Crest offers events such as the Draft Horse Show and their Christmas light show is fantastic (it gets better every year). White water rafting is within easy distance, rock climbing is just around the bend, even the Oregon Coast is just a few hours away. Have you been to the Shakespearian Festival? It is second only to England, and is a wonderful experience. Either the indoor or the outdoor theater, in Ashland, offer plays throughout the summer.
