The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof. A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies may be placed in an interest bearing escrow or a non- interest-bearing escrow account with all interest accruing to the benefit of Beach Realty Center, Inc. at their sole discretion. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at that time to confirm the reservation. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice within fifteen (15) days of booking date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
