This one of a kind custom-built German designed Cape Coral vacation house has a gorgeous free form custom pool surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. It is VERY light inside and out with SW exposure, not dark and gloomy.

In fact, the back of our home is one giant sliding glass pocket door that opens up the whole living room area to the incredible pool area. It's beautiful. When the slider windows are open fully, it is like you are outside all of the time with the crickets and birds chirping. And the back is also totally private and completely quiet.

The history of this Cape Coral vacation home is that the builders were German contractors, it was built for them, they lived here themselves and they put in every possible high-end feature. In summary, it has the features that many 2 million dollar homes don't.
