From the living room, steps lead to the lower level family room which features ample seating to view the TV, as well as a game table. An extra sleep sofa/futon is included in the family room. One full bath with a tub/shower combination is located just off the family room as are the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a set of twins.
Just off this lower level is a concrete patio and screen porch. Just a few steps from the patio is the lakefront, which features a dock for sunning, swimming or fishing, and a small boat. There is a canoe for your use on the lake. A small outdoor fire pit tops off this pretty location.
Dont forget that all the amenities of the resort are available for your use, which includes pools, private beach on Lake Lure, tennis, golf and many other recreation amenities. Cottage Walk is about a 5-minute drive from the private amenities at the resort.
