Wow! What a view. Sit back and relax on the oceanfront balcony of this two bedroom, one with a ocean view, updated condo. Enjoy the ocean breeze, sights, and sounds of the sea. This condo is my personal unit and has just been updated with new living room furniture, bedroom furniture, beds, and paint.
This unit is well maintained and has an exstensive water color art collection of coastal wild birds by Christine Reichow in all rooms.
This unit has many amenities to make your beach vacation very enjoyable. Watch movies on the DVD and TV. The condo will sleep up to 6 and has a full kitchen with new appliances including ice maker, two new full bathrooms, and new heating and cooling system. Assigned parking at the building for two vehicles. Easy beach access is next to the building.
Master bedroom queen bed, Second bedroom queen bed, and one queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
This quiet 6 unit complex is sure to make your vacation to the beach relaxing an peaceful.

After searching online for a condo at Carolina Beach, I was very pleased to find this unit in Sea Dunes III. We were only about a month out from vacation so there were very few nice places left from which to choose. The owner was very helpful and responded to all of my questions about the condo as well as the area. The condo was clean and suited us very well. The pictures don't lie. The view is unbelievable! If you like watching dolphins swim by while having your morning coffee, this place might be for you! Several restaurants are close as well as the boardwalk area. Beaches are clean with lots of lifeguards on duty. We hope to stay here again!

So many places on the beach to choose from, right? Well, stop your search! Sea Dunes III is all you need to make your vacation relaxing. The condo has everything we needed. There was enough room for the whole family, oceanfront with beach access right next to the building, washer/dryer, two parking spaces, and a clean, quiet area. The condo is has easy access to Freeman Park, the boardwalk, all of the fishing charters, and much more! I often hesistate when doing things online especially when it involves money. But this was the easiest most reliable owner I have dealt with. He was very prompt to answer any questions I had, and I felt very secure doing business with him. I would recommend Sea Dunes III to everyone, and look forward to staying there again myself (hopefully soon!).

We have just returned from a short vacation to Carolina Beach, NC. In the days that preceded the trip, we searched for rental accommodations via the internet. Since we were not staying for a whole week, but more than one night, we decided to search for a house. We found SEA DUNES III, a 2-bedroom condo on Rentalo.com. The owner was prompt in contacting us after our inquiry through this site. The owner was friendly and accommodating to our needs. SEA DUNES III was GREAT! It was just right for our little home away from home. We found everything to our satisfaction. The oceanfront view from the deck was breathtaking. It was comfortable and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We are very pleased with the accommodations and the outcome of our research. We also want to make mention that part of the condo's decor was beautiful artwork creations of local scenes and wildlife by Christine R. Thanks for a carefree vacation. The Wilts.
