This condo is a spacious 2 bedroom unit located on the 14th floor with over 1600 sq ft of living space. Treasure Island Unit 1411 offers a huge balcony directly over a fabulous olympic sized heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit has a beautiful beachfront view of the Sugar Sands - the World's Most Beautiful Beaches - and they are located in the newest resort complex on the beach.
The complex features a beautiful large olympic sized heated swimming pool, a large children's pool, and much more. It also offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and extensive free weights all over looking the Gulf!
Treasure Island offers a covered parking garage with designated parking space, and a 24 hour private security force. Located near the curve on Thomas Drive adjacent to Panama City's Grand Lagoon, you get the best of both the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City's boatyard on Grand Lagoon. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Treasure Ship or Captain Anderson's, where you can watch the fleet come in! It is only a short walk to Saint Andrew's State Park.

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband stayed in this condo over Labor Day weekend for a long weekend. This specific condo is immaculate. Very well decorated and comfortable. The huge balcony was amazing, we saw several stingrays from our balcony. We were very impressed the minute we walked in the door of the condo. The owner was very very easy to work with. He was very nice and professional and we did not have any issues contacting him. We will absolutely recommend this condo to our friends and we will be returning!
