When its time for lunch or dinner, fire up our awesome Weber grill on the patio and BBQ your favorite lobster, steak, chops or chicken. Afterwards, settle in for a snooze in our beachfront 2 person hammock while the gentle Caribbean breeze puts you to sleep. This island Parrot-ise home is located on the north shore of Grand Cayman in the million dollar resort community of Rum Point. Only a 20 mile drive from the airport.
Newly constructed and completed January 2006, this home was designed and built for personal use and is now available for your own Tropical getaway. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen. relaxing and functional living area, separate dining room, and designer furnishings will pamper you and your guests with luxury and comfort
This house sits back about 300 feet from the street with a circular drive in front. The back yard features a pristine white sandy beach, beautiful fresh water pool and 2 person hammock. It's is only 75 feet from the house to the water, where you can snorkel 150 yards to the Cayman wall. Great for snorkeled scuba divers. Parrotise is just a mile from Rum Point which offers dive trips, Deep Sea Fishing, water sports, a restaurant and beach bar and a ferry service to 7 mile beach. Also located nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club, Kaibo Beach Bar restaurant and just down the beach is the popular Driftwood Beach Bar. A local grocery store is just 5 minutes away. Georgetown, 7 mile beach, the airport and duty free shopping are a 30 minute drive.

If you need to cancel less than 60 days from your arrival, we will work to re-book your dates. We will refund your deposit less a 4.75% credit card processing fee if we can re-book your dates. If we cannot, we will apply your deposit toward a future travel time good for up to one year from your original booking date, or the deposit will be forfeited.
