This five bedroom Orlando vacation rental house is located within a gated community with a screened heated pool which backs onto a beautiful lake and is fully air conditioned. (Because we are a five bedroom does not mean we restrict bookings to this. Bookings of less are welcomed.)

It has three queen sized bed and four single beds together with a crib, high chair and a gas barbecue.

The kitchen is fully fitted out with electric kettle, fridge freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

This Orlando Vacation rental house also has a TV, hi-fi, video and a selection of children's videos.

Because of its location to the theme parks, you can come and go through the day if any of your party requires a rest or snack.

Cancellation
(a) - You may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing.

(b) - We reserve the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above.

(c) - The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled in accordance with clauses 2a & 2b above.

(d) - More than 1 months prior to departure - loss of rental deposit.

(e) - Within 1 month - 100% of total rental.
