As the website conveys, a Parisian theme will be present throughout the home. Cancellation
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT: Before bookings can be accepted, we must have a completed and signed booking form. Please see Rates and Booking Form tab. We also must receive deposits first before dates are secured. A $250 deposit is required before arrival, please also see cancellation policy below. If you pay by credit card, a 4% fee will be added to the total costs or to the number of transactions made.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE: Full payment must be received 8 weeks (60 days) or more prior to check in. Failure to make payment within the specified period will entitle us to cancel the booking and claim the appropriate cancellation charges. Any provisional booking will be held for seven days pending receipt of the signed booking form and deposit in respect of the accommodation. A booking will be considered firm when the deposit has been received and we have confirmed the booking in writing to the client.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon arrival an authorization, on either a VISA or MasterCard credit card, for US$350 will be taken against breakages or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the authorization will expire within a few days of you vacating Moulin Rouge.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: Wherever possible, changes to the booking made will be accommodated. There will, however be a charge of US $30 per change.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING: If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:Prior to 8 weeks – Loss of deposit only.Less than 8 weeks – Loss of total rental charge.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING: In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire, and legislation, only repayment in full of any Monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodation through the US Management Company, however we can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.
