Starting Rates:Daily Rate (4pm to 10am any day) $995.00 Weekend (Friday 4pm to Sunday 10am) $2,995.00 Mid-Week (Monday 4pm to Thursday 10am) Please call for rate information Full Week (6 nights - 7 days) $5,995.00
Credit cards accepted: Yes
For our protection, we require a security deposit in the amount of $1,000 (fully refundable). Our Short Term Rental Agreement will provide for specific details on this matter.
Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance will be fully refunded IF WE CAN RENT THAT SAME TIME TO SOMEONE ELSE. ANY EXPENSES INCURRED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WIRING FEES, BANK FEES, ETC., WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND DUE. IF WE DO NOT RE-RENT, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. CANCELLATIONS 0-29 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
