This 2 Unit Beachhouse Rental is available for your family's vacation enjoyment this summer/ fall/or winter. Location for this home is perfect for an active family. This home is located 1 street off of the beach and is directly across from the Public Beach access and the lifeguard stand. Stop & Shop is between you and the beach for a quick pick up on necessities such as ice, sun screen & anything else you need for a day in the sun (Flip flops for the Family are $1.29 a pair ).
The Upstairs Unit has 3 Bedrooms (King, Queen & Bunk Beds) full bath with tub, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & ice maker, flat screen television, and air conditioning, cable, DVD, full sun deck with patio table & chairs.
The Downstairs Unit has 2 Bedrooms (King & Double), full bath with shower, kitchen with microwave and all essentials, flat screen television, cable, VCR, air conditioning, shaded patio with table & chairs.
Both Units share use of the laundry with full size washer and dryer. A large outside shower, paved sitting area in the front, and gas grill are available for everyone's use. Ample off street parking.
Sunday to Sunday rentals.

This is a wonderful beach get away. Every thing to so convenient to the location, and a great walk to the beach by way of the public access & bath house.
LOVE LOVE the outside shower, its perfect for rinsing the beach toys, a quick rinse from the beach and your normal shower! (The kids love it)
The downstairs unit is our favorite. My kids love to grab their sleeping bags and lay out on the living floor and watch TV in the evenings after a hard day on the beach.
Dairy Queen is right behind the house and stop n shop is in front for a quick sandwich or ice (anything you need really)
We love it, can wait to get back there

For a beach cottage it is great! It is one block off the beach right in the middle of Kill Devils Hill. The kitchen has everything you need, and it has a washer and dryer on the first floor. The top floor has new flooring instead of carpet which looks great. I would go and stay 3 or more weeks at a time and it was perfect for me and my family. I took a beach cart and every morning would go to the beach and set up, and just walk back and forth to the cottage all day. Late afternoon I would pack up and go back to the cottage and park the cart underneath. The outdoor shower is great at the end of the day at the beach. It is located on Memorial Drive which has very little traffic and I would bike and jog every morning without the hassle of the busy Virginia Dare Drive. It you are looking for a nice and comfortable beach cottage at a good price and a good location this is a great little cottage.
