Cancellation
The reservation deposit and any payments made minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.

For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the reservation deposit will be forfeited and a pro-rated portion of the payment will be returned. For example, if the cancellation takes place 23 days prior to the check-in date and there are 30 days to cancel prior to the check-in date, then a refund of 75% of the payment (23/30 = 75%) will be refunded.
