Our spacious Kissimmee vacation rental villa is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, less than three miles from Walt Disney World ® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining. It only takes a few minutes to get to other Orlando attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, the Convention Centers, and International Drive. There are many golf courses in the area and a dizzying array of shopping malls. The beautiful beaches of the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are just an hour away.
The Kissimmee vacation rental villa is situated on an oversized corner lot and is instantly recognizable with its deep terracotta exterior. The Half Moon Bay is right next door to our Laguna Breeze villa – ideal for families that want to rent side-by-side villas.
Our villa is situated in Emerald Island Resort. This is a special preserve - a "land island" of 300 acres completely surrounded by a conservation area, yet less than 3 miles from Disney World. Within this haven you can take advantage of the 4000 Sq Ft clubhouse with its many facilities that are FREE to residents and guests. These facilities include an exercise room, sauna, meeting room, cyber café, games room, and community pool with Tiki Bar. Concierge service is also available at the clubhouse. The resort has a security gate that is staffed 24 hours a day.
Emerald Island has been designed as a peaceful enclave in one of the most exciting vacation locations in the world. You approach it on a winding, palm-lined road that is a prelude to the community’s grandeur.
