Payment Methods Accepted

We accept cash, personal checks(up to 30 days prior to check in), cashiers check, money order, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Deposits

Once a reservation is made you have 10 days to send in a deposit of half the base rental rate.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
50.00 tentative deposit for reservations for the following year.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Once a reservation is confirmed and you must cancel for any reason, if the unit rerents the deposit will be refunded, less a 20% rerent fee.
If the unit does not rerent the deposit will not be refunded.

Fees & Taxes

11% accomodations tax.
$100.00 refundable security deposit.
$25.00 Reservation Fee
Travel Insurance is optional.
Linen rentals are available.
