This unusually spacious apartment with fascinating architecture and sleep up to eight persons if required.The apartment has access to private square which has a two acre garden (think like the film Nothing Hill !) The apartment is five minutes walk to Victoria station, many shops, pubs and bars. Within ten minutes walk are many restaurants, a supermarket and everything you could need. Major tourist attractions on your doorstep, you can easily walk to Buckingham palace. The location is within a short walk of everything London offers but stepping into the square is like another world with period houses and calm. Birds and wildlife abound in the garden, foxes have been seen at night and you can on occasion bump into local Chelsea footballers in the garden too!
Whether you are visiting London's many attractions, or are here on business, the apartment is superbly located in an upmarket area of Victoria in one of the prettiest garden squares in London. Belgravia - with the worlds best chocolate shop - (probably) is a two minute walk, Chelsea, Kings Rd, Sloane St and Sloane Sq approx. 15 mins walk or a 5 minute taxi to Harrods. Local attractions (with approx. walking time) include: Buckingham Palace 10 mins, St James' Park and Green Park- 7 mins, Westminster Abbey and Cathedral, Big Ben, London Eye, River Thames with river cruises , Downing St all within 10 -15 mins. Two Theatres with top west end shows -5 mins. In addition are Tate Britain, Hyde Park Corner, many fashionable restaurants, shops and colourful street markets, pubs and wine bars, cinemas, gymnasiums in nearby streets.
For guests that have a car there is on street parking in square outside the B&B from 6pm - 8am free of charge (if available) and meter parking is available for the day at a cost of about £3 per hour. There is also there is a public car park around 2 minutes walk from the home which costs around £14 for six hours £20 for nine hours.
A 15 minute walk takes you down past victoria station, past Westminster cathedral and the houses of parliament and the abbey to the Thames. See London from the millennium wheel. Take a boat down to Greenwich and visit the maritime museum or how about the showboat? Taking in the evening scenery down the river as you enjoy a meal, dancing and songs from the west end shows. A hop on hop off bus tour can be taken from the front of victoria station this takes in all the major sights. Visit the tower and see the crown jewels. Any shopping addicts? Visit Westfield Europe's largest in town shopping and leisure destination take a bus direct from victoria station. Takes approx 30 minutes to reach.
The Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroomThe Accommodation : consists of a private entrance into the lower ground floor apartment but set around its own small patio. Each of the main rooms has a large window facing the patio. There are two double bedrooms, one in vault conversion with ensuite wetroom with fascinating architecture. One kitchen, two bathrooms, both with w.c. one lounge, one TV room and cloakroom with separate wc and sink. On entering the property it can easily be separated into two halves off of the main entrance hall for privacy which is ideal for two couples as each side has its own bedroom, lounge/ tv room, bathroom / shower room but sharing the one kitchen. The apartment can sleep EIGHT with a sofa bed in the main lounge and another in the second lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has : cooking utensils, fridge, hob, clothes dryer, grill, coffee maker, toaster, iron & board, washing machine, freezer, oven and microwave.
Extra InformationTransport : Victoria station and underground ( + taxi rank) is a four minute walk from the flat. It has fast transport to Heathrow -45 mins, Gatwick 35 mins and connections to just about everywhere in the country. Victoria Coach station with buses to Stansted airport and day trips all over the country is a two minute walk.Eurostar and Waterloo international approx. 10 -15 mins.

Please note : As with most self catering accommodation, if you book this apartment, once the booking is confirmed the owner will contact you direct to arrange a deposit of 50% of the booking value, the balance is payable within six weeks of your arrival date. Also there is a refundable security deposit of £200 (to cover potential damages and so on) this can be paid in advance or on arrival. This supersedes all our usual booking terms.
