While spending time in our St Maarten vacation house you can also enjoy such water activities as snorkeling, diving and jet skiing among others. Golfing, shelling and sightseeing also await outdoor enthusiasts in our St Maarten accommodation.

Six day maid service, twice weekly pool service and weekly gardener. Our maintenance person is on call for any emergency. Your vacation will be carefree as we try to anticipate your every need.

We are very close to shopping, casinos, restaurants, 'hangouts', water sports, and many other activities. We recommend a car rental for your stay at our villa. We can arrange that for you. Our private pool in on the property. Beach is outside the door only a minute walk to public access.

Our rates are based upon the number of guests in the St Maarten Vacation Villa. Please call for rates that will apply for the number of guests you have. We accept wire transfer, personal check or money orders for payment. We do not accept credit cards.

Extra person in villa please add $50.00 per day per person year round

Deposit is 1/3 upon booking, 1/3 three months prior and 1/3 6 weeks prior. If booking is later payment is adjusted. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure.



Deposit will be refunded up to three months prior to departure less 10% of total rental. Cancellation after that will be refunded less 25% of total rental only if house can be re-rented for that specific period. We do offer trip cancellation insurance if taken with original booking.
