My husband and I went on our honeymoon to St. Maartin in 2002 and stayed at the La Casita villa. La Casita is a delightful waterfront villa located on the Dutch side of the island. It is directly on the ocean and it is a short walk to a swimming beach. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches.It has three bedrooms and three baths but we do rent to only two people or four people at a special rate. This villa offers great privacy especially at your private pool. There is nothing between you and the sunset except the passing ships in the Caribbean sea. It is one of the most comfortable and affordable St. Maarten villa rental properties.

La Casita is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixture of rattan and eclectic accessories. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room which seats 6 to 8 people and a covered outdoor living - dining atrium. You have your own private 32 foot swimming pool next to the sea along with large private sun deck and lovely gardens. We provide a charcoal grill for your convenience.La Casita offers three air conditioned bedrooms for your sleeping comfort and three bathrooms with US current throughout the villa. A multiple speed ceiling fan is located in each room. Cable TV and a VCR are also available. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. A telephone is provided for local calls. Deposit required to open phone for long distance.It has three bedrooms and baths. Six day maid service provided. Cable TV, VCR, Phone.

LA CASITA is on the Dutch side near Mullet and Maho Bay. It has a very private pool and is directly on the ocean. The view of the sunset is spectacular. It is 500 feet from Burgeaux Bay. It is near restaurants, casinos, food shopping, beaches, water activities.

We accept personal checks, money orders and wire transfers. No credit cards accepted
Deposits
1/3 upon reservation, 1/3 three months prior to departure, balance 6 weeks prior to departure
Cancellation
Three months or more cancellation , the deposit less 10% of total rental will be refunded. For later cancellations, moneies less 25% will be refunded only if house is re-rented for that specific period. We recommend Trip cancellation insurace for all villas. We offer a policy.

PLEASE ADD 15% gov't tax and service.
