This charming beach house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have queen beds in each. There is a large living room- dining room combination that has cable TV, wireless internet and a US phone connection. There is a full kitchen with modern conveniences. New Refrigerator, stove and appliances. Enjoy the morning coffee on your front porch and watch the town wake up. Walk to the boulangerie around the corner and pick up you fresh bread or croissants or morning pastries. Or relax in privacy on the back porch and sea watch and enjoy our little garden.
This cottage was a family residence for many years. We are lucky enough to be able to enjoy it and rent it to good people who will enjoy the wonderful amenities of the property. The beach is at your doorstep.


Sally's Cottage Villa is a non-smoking property and we request that you keep all tobacco use to the outside areas of the property and use appropriate receptacles to keep our St. Martin vacation home clean and beautiful for all.

Sally's Cottage Villa is $5,500 plus tax for one week and $4,500 per week for a two week rental over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. The Villalady welcomes you to our St. Martin Island paradise... we can't wait to see you under the tropical sun!
