I'm the owner of 3 different places rentable in Rome: here,on that website, I publicied only one of them but I also have 2 apartments available to rent ,all located int he real historic centre of the old city!!
One apartment is near the famous Coloseum and it's for maximum 8 sleepers.Another one,it's near the Pantheon and it's for maximum 3 adults or 2+2 childrens.

pantheon house:

Delicious apartment, on the first floor of an ancient Palace of the Historical Rome -Centre, just behind the Pantheon. Recently restored, it is perfect for a couple of people to have a romantic holiday. After your entrance there is a little hall with a lovely table and two chairs, then, on the right, there is the bedroom with a king-size bed and the bathroom, large and refined with decorations made by hand. The windows of that part of the house are opened on the private garden of the buildings so that no noise will disturb you there.On the other side of the apartment,there are three small steps to the kitchen and the livingroom.The kicthen is very equipped and in the livingroom there is a table for 4 people,a sofà and armchairs.The livingroom’s window opens directly on the building’s entrance:the street is called Via del gesù and at the left-end there is the famous Jesu's Church building from the '300th century and just around the right-corner there is the famous Pantheon. There is an ancient and typical roman Bar to do a very good and fresh Breakfast (very good cornetti and cappuccino), a laundry-shop (washing-machine is available inside the house),an internet point just on the right corner of building and a comfortable supermarket at the end of it.

PLEASE TAKE CARE THAT I'M THE OWNER OF THAT HOUSE AND THAT I ALSO HAVE OTHER TWO PLACES RENTABLE IN ROME CENTRE !

Usually,to reserve,a deposit of one or 2 nights is requestes as a minimum-deposit and than the payment of the rest of the bill is done by euro cash at the moment of your arrival at home directelly to me,when I will give to you the key of the place by you reserved.However,it could be possible to pay the balance in advance by credit card.Welcome!!

Deposits

Usually a deposit of one or 2 nights is required as a minimum-deposit but it depends by the numbers of nights,please ask to me. Deposit can be sent by bank,by credit card or Western Union and naturally it will be removed from the final bill.For SHORT STAYING,could be enought a credit card as guarancy of your caming,we will not charge money and in that case you will have to pay the total amount of your reservation upon your arrival to the accomodation when you will take the key.(it depends how long is your staing in Rome).Ask to me,we will be happy to give to you any kind of information.Please feel free to can also contact me by phone.Welcome!
