The town of Ponce Inlet rests on the South end of a barrier island
that separates the Atlantic Ocean from the Florida Coast. A hidden
jewel Ponce Inlet was famous for the original Daytona 500 when it
was on the beach and a section of Atlantic Ave. The North Turn (A
great place for eats) rests at the south end of the DiMucci Tower
development. The best thing about this jewel is there is no heavy
traffic. There is no land crossing to get to New Smyrna from Ponce
Inlet, which means there is no traffic or congestions. Waves and the
sound of the local wildlife will be the only noise you hear.

This West Indies, well decorated 5th floor condo, has a vista that
is like no other.

The kitchen is full service with all the major appliances that will
make you feel at home and keep those pricey dinner checks to a
minimum. The kitchen has a breakfast area that seats 4 very
comfortably with an excellent view of the Indian River and of course
those unforgettable Florida Sunsets. If you want that quick snack or
if you want to enjoy a morning paper you can pull up a bar stool at
the kitchen bar top.
The well decorated dining room, just adjacent to the kitchen, will
seat 8 comfortably.
The living room makes you just say relax. A big screen TV with DVD
player and a place to kick up your feet is what it's all about.
Another great feature is the very comfortable sofa bed.
The first bedroom decorated with a surfing theme is as roomy as it
gets. Two Queen size beds and a view of the Indian River. Plenty of
closet space, a TV, and the most comfortable beds you can think of.
The Master Suite is by far the best room of all. A welcoming King
size bed that is like sleeping on the clouds. Furnishings to
accomodate all your luggage, so you don't have to live out of your
suit case. This room also has a walk-in closet plus two smaller
closets that will also help you keep the room open for your
enjoyment. The Master Bath is like no other. A huge soaker tub, plus
standing shower and two vanities, to keep his and hers toiletries in
order.
Now for the Balconies, that's right balconies. You have two ways to
get out and see what you came for, an entry from the living room and
a private entry from the Master Suite. You also have a screened
Lanai at the entry to the condo so you can enjoy those Florida
nights.
Washer and Dryer in unit to keep that dreaded dirty laundry to a
minimum.
