We stayed at Kas Berde from 1/17/09 through 1/25/09 and were very pleased with the accommodation, but BE AWARE OF BEING OVER-CHARGED. Finding the perfect vacation
.The stand-alone bungalow is situated in a quiet park with 30 other bungalows and has a small swimming pool for collective use. On walking distance there are the boulevard, restaurants and shops of Kralendijk. The house has a beautiful tropical garden on about 500 yards terrain. It means that you'll enjoy optimal privacy.On the spacey L-shaped terrace you may enjoy being lazy in one of the hammocks and when you are sitting in a lounge-chair on the roof terrace you have a nice view over the city of Kralendijk and with a tropical cocktail in your hand you have a good look at the beautiful sunset.

The bungalow has a private garden with lots of privacy. The bungalow is on walking distance from the promenade with its bars, shops and restaurants (200 meters/600 feet). The park has its own private entrance and is very quiet. The bungalow has a private garden with lots of privacy. The Bonaire Exclusive Bungalow park is situated on the outskirts of the town of Kralendijk and has a free swimming pool for its residents and their guests.

We stayed at Kas Berde from 1/17/09 through 1/25/09 and were very pleased with the accommodation, but BE AWARE OF BEING OVER-CHARGED. We are currently disputing the amount we were charged for Kas Berde. In the Rental Offer we received from Ria at Kas Berde, she stated that the Taxes & Fees were included in the rental price of $958 for 4 people for 8 days. However, when we paid the balance due on the last day of our stay, Ria charged us an additional $184 tourist tax. We questioned the added tax charge at the time, but didn't have a copy of the Rental Offer with us as proof, so we had to pay the extra $184 tax charge. This additional cost significantly altered the value proposition of this rental property. We have retained a copy of that rental offer and are now attempting to obtain a refund of the additional tax from Kas Berde.
