Average daily summer temperatures can reach 80 to 100 degrees. Lake water temperatures reach 75 to 80 degrees. This property features five bedrooms(3 queen,2 twin,4 bunks) and two bathrooms. Located in the southern Okanagan Valley(Napa North) this home is surrounded by wineries,vineyards and orchards.Wine tasting and touring is a very popular pastime. Tours may be arranged in advance.
