The kettle valley trail system is located just steps away. Average daily temperatures reach between 80 to 100 degrees in the summer months. Average lake water temperatures are 75 to 80 degrees. Located in southern Okanagan Valley (Napa North) this home is surrounded by wineries and vineyards. Many award winning wines are produced here. Tours may be arranged in advance.
