Minimum one month stay during January, February, and March
Deposits
$500 security deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be received 3 months prior to rental. Refund of security deposit contingent upon re-rental of property for same time period and rental amount.
& Taxes
Cleaning Fee: $225.00
Other Fees:$100 processing fee for 2 months or more stay. Utility expense per month, approx. $ 50 per month. Utilities paid out of deposit.
