No wonder these islands are called “The Isles of Perpetual June”, for here it is not too hot nor too cold any time of the year.

These Providenciales, Turks & Caicos oceanfront, vacation villas provide you with luxurious accommodations, spectacular views, and privacy in a superb location! Each villa has its own swimming pool, and the white sand beach adjoining Ocean Point with its pale turquoise waters and shallow depth extending a great distance out is like a dream come true. Providenciales, sometimes called Provo, is an unspoiled friendly sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of today’s pace. These are the ‘good old days’ in Provo.

The Cottage at Ocean Point is built on two separate floors with each floor containing a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a screened porch. It is ideal for a couple or two couples. The Cottage provides total privacy between the floors, but not good for infants since the two bedrooms are not connected in the interior.

Large wooden decks are at the water's edge, with lounge chairs awaiting you for sunning, reading, or just sitting there and enjoying this wonderful view of the sea as waves gently lap the shore. The upper level screened porch is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the view.

Our manager will meet you at the airport when you arrive and will lead the way to The Cottage at Ocean Point where you will begin a most memorable stay.

Here you can rent a boat and dock it in your backyard, jump in the water from the boat slip, or walk less than four minutes and be on a lovely sugar white sandy beach with a foot friendly bottom and pale turquoise waters ... or walk four minutes and be on the tennis courts - no charge to play. A short drive away is an 18 hole golf course, casino, notable restaurants, SCUBA diving, fishing charters, both deep sea fishing and light tackle, and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
