Each one of our cottages in Prince Edward Island includes private picnic table, with propane gas grill (bar-b-que), wooden deck with Adirondack chairs. Cots, cribs and high chairs are available. The grounds are spacious and sunny, with large shade trees and communal areas that include a playground, badminton net and campfire for evening gatherings. The property is quite secure, with only one motor vehicle entrance, and only two ways in by foot. Central location for walking/biking miles of Oceanfront to the north and Covehead bayfront to the south. 180 meters to lifeguarded sandy ocean beach. Paperback library, boardgames and beachtoys available to all guests. Bring your bicycles. The Prince Edward Island National Park has installed a new paved bike path which goes for miles along the oceanfront Gulf Shore Parkway. There is also a paved walkway along the beautiful Covehead Bay and it connects to the bikeway on Gulf Shore Parkway. Both are walking distance from our beautiful Prince Edward Island cottages!
We are easy driving distance (40 scenic minutes) to Cavendish, Anne of Green Gables, Lake of Shining Waters and many more of the fun tourist activities. Horseback riding, an outdoor drive-in theatre, deep sea fishing, fresh fish and lobster pound, bayfront golfcourse and miniature golf are less than 10 minutes away!
