The Inn is comprised of two stories. The second floor boasts The Grand Wailana Penthouse. This is the Master Suite of Sugar Beach. Open and airy with high cathedral ceilings, great room, and large bedrooms, this suite has an hawaiian lodge appeal. With over 1700 square feet of living space, Central Air Conditioning, Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, and Two Large Decks, family and friends can live and relax together with ample space for everyone. This suite sleeps up to seven guests.

In addition, Maui Sugar Beach Inn has an additional one bedroom suite attached to the Master Suite giving families needing four bedrooms that extra space and can sleep 8-10 guests.

The ground floor suites are deluxe, one bedroom, Kihei condos. Each suite is 500 square feet, has one bedroom with a king size bed, fully tiled bathroom with tub and shower, full-service kitchen, spacious living room, and private garden/poolside lanai.
