This spacious, open and comfortable South Padre Island vacation condo is located on the beautiful Bahia Mar Resort property and is a first floor unit right next to the tropical lagoon that runs through the resort. The Bahia Mar is located on the beach side of Padre Blvd. and a short 3 minute walk through the South Padre Island property gets you to the beach. The South Padre Island vacation condo is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The South Padre Island vacation rental features a large living room with ceiling fan, stereo and TV, a dining table that can easily accommodate eight people, and spacious bedrooms with TV and ceiling fans. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home.
The resort has two large swimming pools, a heated jacuzzi and tennis courts. Enjoy a relaxing meal at the Bahia Grill or when the sun sets enjoy nighttime entertainment at the Las Ventanas Night Club.

A refund is given less a $100.00 cancellation fee if 14 days notice is given prior to arrival day. No refund after the 14 days and no refund after check in.
