50% Deposit within 7 days of receiving our rental agreement to hold reservation Balance plus security deposit and other fees due 60 days prior to arrival $1,000.00 Security Deposit Refundable
Cancellations must be made in writing; email is acceptable. The Owner will immediately put the property back on the market for rent. If successfully rented, the Owner will refund your money less a 10% processing fee. If the Owner is unable to rent the property, your payment will be forfeited unless you are paid in full, in which case the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
