This 1st floor unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 6 comfortably. Granite countertops accent a full kitchen stocked with appliances and cookware for any meal. The gated complex offers secured parking, washer/dryer units, 2 pools, jacuzzi and a gazebo. This unit is rented solely via owner. Strictly no pets/ non-smoking unit.

Cancellation
In the event that you must cancel, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 administration fee, provided that the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
& Taxes
A 13% tax rate applies to the total cost of the rental, plus a $75.00 cleaning fee.

We stayed at Beach House II and it was by far the BEST place we've ever stayed at. The beach access was very convenient and the pools were Great! I will reccommend this unit to everyone I know!!!
