Deposits
When booking Moose Hollow Lodge we require one night + tax and cleaning fee at the the time of booking on any major credit card. This amount usually comes to $2414.50
The remainder is due 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellation
30 Days prior to the date you are due in you will receive all deposit monies back minus a $35.00 (plus tax) cancellation fee. ALL cancellations inside 30 days WILL result in a FULL LOSS of your deposit unless you have purchase Travel Insurance which can be purchased through our office!
& Taxes
We have a 12.75% state tax, There is a $35.00 non refundable processing fee added to your reservation.

I had a great time at the Moose Hollow lodge. It was a great atmosphere for anyone to spend a dynamic vacation. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. I enjoyed being able to fellowship with family. I can not wait to go back next year. I am still telling individuals of the great time I had as well as the great place.

One word to describe Moose Hollow Lodge...AWESOME!!! This was the 2nd yr in a row that we had our prayer retreat here and the facility is simply amazing and accommodating! Clean, roomy, luxurious, and in the hills but easy to access. You will not be disappointed with this facility!

This place is highly recommended! I stayed in Wilderness Lodge with my family and we had the best vacation ever! The concierge service was phenomenol! A chef came and made us dinner right before our eyes and served the best food that I have ever eaten! I have already made arrangements to come back and enjoy myself again!

Some of the most beautiful cabins I have ever seen. The one we stayed in was a 7bedroom cabin with a view that absolutely breathtaking. Spacious cabin with enough arcade style games to keep the children busy for the entire stay. Really nice people at the office that helped us plan things to do that we could include everyone in. Highly recomended!
