A 25% deposit of your total charge is required when booking a reservation and your remaining balance is due upon arrival. This policy is excluded from Special Rates, full payment is due upon booking for discounted rates.

$350.00 security deposit will be held on a major credit card upon arrival and released a week after the departure date.

Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $185 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made in the 31 days before arrival date. One week or less than a week before arrival, the full balance will be charged. No refunds for early departures.

& Taxes
ADDITIONAL FEES: Housekeeping fee of $98.00, 12% Florida sales tax, plus a non-refundable $75 processing fee.

*Please Note*

- Rates listed are for a Standard Villa: Queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and not near the Pool Area. If you would like a villa with a King bed and/or near the Pool Area, please contact us to obtain more details.

- Rates based: on 1 to 4 adults, additional adults are $10 extra per night to a maximum of 6 adults. Children 14 and under stay free and are included in the maximum number of 6 persons.

- Cribs and Rollaways: Are $45 per week, plus tax.- Highchairs: Are $35 per week, plus tax.
