... the ground floor with two bedrooms, one big living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with veranda and 2 porches, 1full bathroom and one toilet. Especially in summer you can also eat outside with the choice of 4 tables in different locations. Very comfortable for 2-4 people, but sleeps up to six-seven with children. We also have a brand new baby bed.

The garden is very big (12.000 qm) and particularly beautiful with a rich selection of mediterranian flora, with many terraces, pergolas, orchard and includes also a “tufo” stone amphitheater under oak trees and a play ground with volleyball net. We also have table tennis and a regular field for “bocce”. In the summer months you can best enjoy our swimming pool with wood terrace. Any time of the year you can always enjoy the landscape and the peace of the countryside. Ideal for weekends or short stays for people living in Italy or for longer holydays next to Rome, Tuscany and Umbria. The location is highly strategic for all kinds of tourism all year round: wonderful nature, history, culture and art are at easy reach. We have a very wide selection of books in many languages and we can suggest the best escursions and visits in the surroundings. No closed garage, but secure parking place inside the property.

The nearest village is Bassano Romano where you can find all kind of shops. Not to mention the beautiful Palazzo Giustiniani Odescalchi with the famous Piazza and its fountain where Federico Fellini shot La dolce vita with Marcello Mastroianni.
You can reach it from the Cassia 2 SSbis – Rome to Siena via Lake Bolsena - Viterbo from KM 48 on to the road to Bassano Romano. It takes less than one hour to reach the centre of Rome or the sea coast.

Easiest with Paypal or bank transfer. Usually weekly especially in the high season. Weekends usually only low season. Prices range from €500 to €800 Euro per week for two people. Third person: +€15, from the 4th: €10 each. More people and children according to the period and the length of stay. We make discounts for families and for stays of at least two weeks. Peak weeks are: Christmas, New Year, Easter

Until 4months before arrival full refund (minus only expenses).
