This spacious two bedroom penthouse is situated on the 3rd floor in the condo development Las Olas, only one and a half blocks from the popular Mamitas Beach and one block from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It’s stylishly decorated in a minimalistic tropical style with top quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The dining room area has seating for six people and the living room area features a satellite flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and iPod connection. The rooftop terrace has a partial ocean view and is complete with lounge chairs, Jacuzzi, seating for six persons and a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and direct access to a cozy terrace with a romantic daybed, lounge chairs and outdoor dining table.
