Perfect vacation rental home for families with kids or a large group of friends!This large three bedroom private house is located in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2. It’s about a 25 minute walk to reach 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife and a 20 minute walk to reach the gorgeous white sand beach. It’s furnished in a classic style and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom with bath tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed and access to a bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The house has three balconies and a large terrace where you can relax in the afternoons. The dining room area has seating for six people and the living room area features a satellite flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. This is the perfect vacation rental for a big family.

We stayed in this wonderful spacious penthouse condo for a week..Everything was great .Very tasteful decorated and well equipped for all our needs .We fell very secure even though the condo is located in the center of everything that Playa has to offer.
The beaches was wonderful and the restaurant and nightlife superb.
The people at Vimex condos ,was more than helpful and we will be back for sure.
