Driving time is less than 10 minutes to any of the canyons, 15 minutes to downtown and the University of Utah, and 5 minutes from Westminster College. The home lies under the shadow of the mountains and is far enough removed to avoid bad city traffic, but it is still nearby very many amenities including an adjacent park, nearby golf course, shopping mall, grocery store, and many restaurants.
