Most of the rooms have ceiling or wall fans and the two larger bedrooms are air conditioned. There are two bathrooms one of which contains a spacious two-person Jacuzzi set next to a large spa window overlooking the ocean - perfect for savoring the famed Caribbean sunsets. The main bedroom with its queen size bed also shares the same view via a sliding door which opens unto a spacious wooden deck. The other bedrooms come with double beds (one with two beds which can be made up as a King if desired, and the other with one bed).
The well equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, blender/food processor, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also houses a stacked washing machine and dryer. There is also a beach-side outdoor kitchen area with a natural gas barbeque grill, and coupled with the deck and landscaped grounds the whole area makes for delightful alfresco dining and sunset toasting.
Chattel Jentillia is located literally at the water's edge on the world famous Mullins Bay which is popular for its watersports and beach bar and restaurant. It shares the same beach as the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club to the south and the Great House/Turtle Beach to the north. Access to the spa at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is by appointment. Several good restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets are nearby or in historic Speightstown just one (1) mile north. It‘s also just five (5) miles north of the exciting hub of the west coast - Holetown, and eleven (11) miles from the capital - Bridgetown. All are easily accessible along Route (Highway) 1 via public transportation. Chattel Jentillia is 45 minutes from the airport, and is well placed for accessing the existing and/or planned golf courses at Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill Club and Black Bess (Banyan Tree Resort).
5 nights minimum stay (call/email for weekends, holiday weekends, specials or long terms).
- Cook/maid services arranged - Scuba diving and fishing arranged (swim with Hawksbill turtles) - Off street parking - Airport transfers arranged - Limousine service arranged (luxury island tours & excursions)

The description of your villa is rather enticing :) but more so is the look of it . The original chattel house in sunshine yellow and white is rather appealing, certainly gives the start to a wonderful vacation . Wish you success with this wonderful villa .
