This privately owned St Augustine vacation apartment is furnished with everything you will need--a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, full-size washer and dryer. Fans in all rooms as well as the balcony. We provide all linens. The master bedroom has an awesome ocean view, a king-size bed, and TV with cable and DVD player. The second bedroom has an Intercoastal view, twin beds and TV with cable and DVD/VHS player. The living room is equipped with a Game Cube System and two remote controls. You can bring your games or rent games from a nearby Blockbuster. We also provide beach chairs, toys and towels.

Two guests are included in these rates. Each additional guest is $5 per night. A $15 credit card fee applies to the weekend special. A later check out or earlier check in may be available for a $25 fee-valid until 1/31/08.

My husband and I rented this condo for a week and loved it!!! It is so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect!!! Crescent Beach is beautiful!! We rent 2-3 times a year and this condo was one of our favorite because of the cleanliness and the special touches the owner has done to make you feel at home!!! Will be returning to this one!!
