The Waikoloa condominium is a one-story, ground level unit so you won't have to carry luggage, beach chairs, etc and groceries up and down stairs. The Waikoloa condominium is within walking distance of the golf course Pro Shop. Located by the Pro Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool and restaurant. The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten-minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the shopping center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need. The Waikoloa Beach Hotel area is about six miles down the hill. There are several great beaches in the area. The Kings Shops shopping area is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping.

We accept checks, credit cards through PayPal and wire transfers.
Deposits
A Reservation Deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in. The balance of your rental is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to your check in.
Cancellation
There is a $50 cancellation fee.
& Taxes
A $125 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals.
Hawaii State taxes of 13.42% are collected on rental charges.
There is an additional $15 per day, per extra person, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowed.

Hello. We just returned from the Big Island and your condo this last week. I found a note from you asking for comments. I just wanted to emphasize that we were VERY happy with your condo. The location was very convienent to the things we wanted to see on the island. The view down the golf course to the ocean was just wonderful. It was nice having the market close by. This was just a great value and we appreciate your efforts to make it a good experience. We have owned vacation rental condos in Palm Sprins and Big Bear and we felt much the same way you do.
