The condominium is within walking distance of the golf course Pro Shop. Located by the Pro Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool and restaurant. The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten-minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the shopping center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need. The Waikoloa Beach Hotel area is about six miles down the hill. There are several great beaches in the area. The Kings Shops shopping area is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping.

A Reservation Deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in. The balance of your rental is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to your check in.
There is a $50 cancellation fee.
A $100 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals.Hawaii State taxes of 11.42% are collected on rental charges.There is an additional $15 per day, per extra person, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowed.
