The Orlando vacation villa features a Master Bedroom with large en-suite, a second Double and two Twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. Sun loungers and a patio table and chairs are all provided along with a gas barbecue. All linens and towels are provided. The community features, swimming pool, tennis & basektball courts, fishing lake plus a private 9 hold golf course with reasonable rates.
We are 10 minutes away from Downtown Disney Pleasure Island with night time entertainment at its best with 7 night clubs, incredible stage shows, live outdoor concerts. Downtown Disney Westside has an AMC 24 Theatres, House of Blues, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, Bongos and the amazing Virgin Mega store. We are only 10 minutes away from all Major Parks like Disney World/Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Epcot to name a few.

Palm Villa Inc - Orlando Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

$200.00 non-refundable deposit per week is required when booking the villa. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your due date. If you need the pool heated in the winter it's $25.00 per day. There is also a $200.00 security deposit required with the final payment which will be returned to you within 14 days after your vacation, providing there is no damage to the property.
If a cancellation is made after the 10 week period, the total price is non-refundable unless we manage to fill the cancelled booking.
