The Orlando vacation villa features a Master Bedroom with large en-suite, a second Double and two Twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. Our Disney Area vacation home is fully licensed / insured as a rental home. At the entrance to the Orlando estate you will find a gas station with convenience store and Subway sandwich shop along with a bank, liquor store, nail salon, 19th Hole Bar and Grill. There is also a Publix supermarket, restaurants and other shops just a mile away from this Disney vacation rental. A WalMart Superstore has just opened up 3 minutes from the Orlando vacation rental villa. The Orlando villa has a south facing Private Pool ensuring the pool and deck area have sun all year round.

$200.00 non-refundable deposit per week is required when booking the villa. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your due date. If you need the pool heated in the winter it's $20.00 per day. There is also a $200.00 security deposit required with the final payment which will be returned to you within 14 days after your vacation, providing there is no damage to the property.
If a cancellation is made after the 10 week period, the total price is non-refundable unless we manage to fill the cancelled booking.
