Our two-bedroom Keauhou Akahi Kona condo rental is comfortable for one couple or two couples or a small Family of four. All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort to supplement cool ocean breezes that filter through the large louvered windows. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and is furnished Polynesian-style with a private closet and full bath. The second bedroom has a King size bed and separates the living area with sliding louvered shoshi doors. The living area has 3 couches and one of them either becomes a 3rd King size bed or two twin beds, by moving the coffee table to the side. The Kona condo also has a 2nd private closet and separate full bath across the hall. Our beautiful, new, fully equiped kitchen has all new appliances, every amenity and is ready for you and your guests.

Try the local shave ice on Alii Drive for a killer Hawaiian style shaved ice don't mind the line it's worth it. Magic Sand's is a local favorite for the swimmers/sunbathers/ or the whole Family who enjoy the choice crystal clear blue waters at this great beach. Kua Bay is another excellent white sands beach this sand bar is perfect for the whole Family to enjoy this beach is not on any Hawaii map. Build a lava rock monument on the highway and give praise to PELE the Hawaiian lava godess this is fun for the whole Family if you want to take some cool pictures of your monuments and the scenery.

We accept All Major Credit Cards both National and International, Bank wires, Checks ( good cleared funds).If a check is used for payment , it must clear bank well in advance of arrival or one of two other methods of payment must be used.

We require a $500.00 Booking Fee, which is applied to the full costs, with full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking is within a 45 day time prior to arrival , full payment is due upon booking.

Security Deposit $500.00. Refundable if no damage, minus $25 processing fee.



We allow refunds for cancellations that are given in writing before the 45 day period prior to booked arrival date. Vacationer holds owner harmless for any last minute cancellations of any kind. Owner strongly recommends vacationer to purchase independent Vacation Insurance to protect themselves against any and all unforeseen occurrences.

Property must be left Fully Locked with ALL Fans, Lights, and Water OFF. Failure to leave the Condo Locked will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer agrees to lock Condo, and turn everything off when out for the day or night. This allows us to maintain a low rental rate.Finalization of booking constitutes understanding of this policy by vacationer. Rental agreement will be required as a part of the booking process.
