A $500.00 Booking Fee locks in a booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings within a 45 day time frame prior to arrival require full payment upon booking.

Security Deposit $500.00. Refundable if no damage, minus $25 processing fee.



We allow refunds for cancellations in writing before the 45 day prior to arrival date. Vacationer holds owner harmless for any last minute cancellations of any kind. Owner strongly recommends vacationer to purchase independent Vacation Insurance to protect themselves against any and all unforeseen occurrences.Property must be left Fully Locked with ALL Fans, Lights, and Water OFF. Failure to leave the Home Locked will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer agrees to lock Home, and turn everything off when out for the day or night. This allows us to maintain a low rental rate.Finalization of booking constitutes understanding of this policy by vacationer.
