House located in the Yacht Club neighborhood of Cape Coral. Several bikes are onsite for your use. A short drive or bikeride to the yacht club where you have a full service marina, recreation center, fishing pier, heated swimming pool, river beach and restaurant at the pier. The house is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Fifteen minute car drive to Ft. Myers or Sanibel beaches. Hibiscus House has a two car garage and a lovely front and back yard. It has a large game room in the back of the house. In the game room there is a sleep sofa and chairs to watch tv. There is also a ping pong table and assorted board games. Hibiscus House is a single story home with carpet in all rooms except kichen, dining and leisure room. Tastefully decorated home with a Spanish flair. Swim in the electric heated pool and watch the sunsets because Hibiscus House has south and westerly views.

Bring your own boat to park on the boatlift, or dock large yacht on side of home. Yacht club marina is short drive away. The marina has heated pool, tennis, fishing pier and restaurant, recreation center. Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches are fifteen minute car drive away.

Deposit is 50% at time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due thirty days prior to check in.



Cancellations must be in writing, and in sixty days before reserved dates. If not, the deposit will be kept. All attempts to accomodate a cancellation will be served.



11% Lodging Tax. Security deposit ranges from $200. to $500. Cleaning fee $ 80.00 Longterm rentals incur electric bill. Arranged on individual basis.
